Brady joined the staff of Chicago Fellowship in 2026.

A person’s vocation can often be boiled down to the overlap of their talents, passions, and a need in the world. For Brady, this has led him to a career in long-term relational ministry. Part of Brady’s life mission statement is “to love and serve God and people and to help people experience Christ.” In his role with Chicago Fellowship, he dedicates his time to helping men go deeper in friendships and deeper in their faith in hopes of fulfilling that mission. He loves the slow, long-term journey of seeing men grow and develop more into the people God created them to be.

Before serving on Chicago Fellowship, he was on staff for 15 years in Chicagoland with Young Life, whose mission is to “introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith.” Through his time on Young Life staff, he learned invaluable lessons about the power of showing up for people, the wisdom in asking more questions than giving answers, and the importance of putting down deep roots where God plants you.  Brady received his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College and his Masters of Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
He lives in Wheaton with his wife, Faz (her maiden name is Liz Fazio, but you’ll never hear that name come out of his mouth, so just go with Faz), and their 3 children, Shiloh, Lennon, and Weller. He loves playing basketball, reading, and good conversation.
