Do you have to be a member to be a part of Chicago Fellowship?
No! We are an intentionally loose affiliation of men. Those that get the most out of Chicago Fellowship are involved regularly but people come and go with what works best for them. Every week brings new people who are just checking it out.
Is Chicago Fellowship affiliated with a particular church?
No! We hope and encourage men to be involved with a local church. We hope that Chicago Fellowship supplements your involvement with your church or that we can help you find a local church that serves you. Men are involved with Chicago Fellowship who attend a wide variety of churches- both Catholic and protestant. Many local pastors have been involved with CF in a variety of ways.
Is Chicago Fellowship just for business leaders?
No! We have a wide variety of men who attend – non-profit leaders, finance industry, educators, unemployed, retired, artists… Anyone who wants to learn together about how to be God-honoring stewards of our lives is welcome.
Yeah.. but who actually attends?
On Friday mornings there are usually 50-80 guys across a wide spectrum of jobs and ages. Lunches are 15-30 guys – skewing in the younger direction. The retreat has around 300 guys who attend – some who have been very involved with CF and some who attend the retreat each year but that is about it.
